Not all lounges are opened (e.g., the AA lounge in ATL remains closed). Check on lounges before going. Also expect little or no food and beverage service onboard (including in F). Clear has also moved to using retina scanning instead of fingerprints, so you may need a couple of extra minutes to set that up. And many TSA checkpoints no longer ask for a boarding pass and have you insert your ID into a machine and briefly lift your mask.
Funnily enough, I believe TSA not checking your boarding pass is unrelated to Covid. I first experienced it when they were testing it at AUS back in 2019. I suspect it’s related to Real ID mandates coming into place.
That system also isn’t at every airport yet.

It’s a tiny bit harder to get slammed at a lounge. Other than that, you have to keep your mask on. Other than that it’s business as usual
Things changed at first but are more like 2019 than April 2020 at this point
Different airports are at different capacities. Some seemed relatively back to normal but others had around half the restaurants closed or reduced hours. Also, oddly, at one small regional airport the TSA line closed at like 7 PM, so I got one of the hall passes in the plebs line.
Some lounges are closed
I’d just add. I flew from Atlanta a month ago. Security line was a nightmare - 1 hour wait at least. They had only one security check point and a lot of people picked up travel recently so plan to arrive early!
