Matching his and her watches? Depends on how much you want to spend though.
I just dont remember the anniversaries and sometimes the birthdays! And then when she reminds me then I take her for a dinner on the following weekend. It has worked out so far.

BAH2: Are you the SO? If not, then maybe consider not typing? Not everyone is “yayyyy” about their birthdays.
I know it’s tough to understand for you but there are couples who are okay with one of them forgetting their own / SO’s birthday / anniversary :)

We did an adults-only vacation for a combination of our 10th anniversary and my wife's 40th (the 2 dates are 3 weeks apart). She doesn't wear jewelry and isn't into fashion, makeup, accessories, cars, or really anything consumerist, so trips or things that will make her life easier (e.g. I got her a tablet so she could pull up recipes in the kitchen while experimenting with her latest culinary idea) are really the only things she likes.
Our 15th is coming up next year and we're going to take the family on a 2 week tour of the UK.
As a somewhat amusing anecdote, I got her a spa day certificate for Christmas a few years ago and she still hasn't used it, so clearly that's not her thing, either.
