Nah they’re prob gonna be fine. They’re tier 2 big tech.
I would say fanng+ Microsoft/Tesla/spacex is tier 1. Tier 2 - SFDC/oracle/workday/snowflake/ibm etc in my humble opinion
It’s never a bad time to accept a Salesforce offer
Not at all. SF isn’t perfect by any stretch but they’ve recession-proofed their business as much as any big cloud-based organization can. And they pay very well (perhaps not as much as the FAANG group but damn close).
Systems Engineering is likely a very safe bet.
It's an okay company, but the prepared for lots of hypocrisy. I've been with SF for 3 years and I couldn't stand it. Nice benefits and decent pay, but you better not carry the high moral standards.

I’d steer clear of BT it’s poorly run and frequent org changes so nothing gets accomplished. Competing priorities and no budget even for the most important programs.
But they pay well, no?
IMHO it would be a great time. Sure there is some risk, but I would say considerably lower than the same role in other places.

What role?
If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the salary for this role? Been looking for something similar
What’s a system engineer role OP?
Thank you
Is Slalom on a hiring freeze? Is this Slalom US or Canada?
