Going to start working in memorial city this summer once I graduate. Currently live in Montrose looking to move to memorial or somewhere close to I10. Classic houston having a hard time finding a good and safe apartment. Would like to find one for 1500-1700 with 800+ sq feet. A study space of room would be nice. Safety and security a primary concern and overall noise level of apartment. Any recommendations? I have looked online at San Paloma and park on memorial although they have mixed reviews.

How can I get passed cynicism?

Having struggled with visa for the past ~6 years, I have become extremely cynical. I don’t trust real friendships anymore because friends turned into competitors or got too burdened to maintain the friendships.
