Google or Deloitte .. same salary almost same role. What would you choose?

I recently got promoted to a manger role with 4 direct reports and I’m struggling with imposter syndrome. I was promoted because I was a high performing IC, but I’ve never been a manager. I’m an introvert and being a leader doesn’t come naturally to me. I worry that I will let my team down :(

Currently comparing 2 offers (2YOE out of undergrad at T2).

Offer 1 is with a unicorn tech startup in bizops function. The TC is ~130-140k. I didn’t love the team, culture, and am ambivalent toward the role, but feel that this is a high growth company with IPO potential in next 2-3 years. Comp felt low but they aren’t willing to negotiate.

Offer 2 is with a F500 in corp strategy role. TC is ~120k. I loved the team and culture and know it places well into bschool.

Which one would you take?
