Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?

I am interviewing for an Enterprise - AE role at a early stage startup(one of their first hires) and after 2 rounds of Interviews, I am asked to create a sequence of emails for prospecting with a specific client that would be a good fit for the product. I'm a woman in tech, and over the course of my career I've experienced some egregious instances of sexism. In addition to impacting my career progression, it's made me a lot more bitter and reactive than I'd like to be, which I find obviously detrimental particularly in continued male dominated workplaces.

Women - other than therapy, have you found anything helpful for dealing with this kind of thing?
