Don’t expect questions or how best to answer them. They’ll explain interview process, job matching, level determination etc. .
So by asset, they mean if you have questions about the interview process or how you will be rated, they are the folks to go to.
Regardless of what anybody does or does not say, treat every call from a prospective employer as an interview - be on time, be prepared, put in your best.
I’ve been through it several times and they never mentioned that - what kind of prep are they offering?
Are these product manager or internal strategy type roles?
I had another company’s recruiter tell me this. Following because I’m curious if it counted against me for not asking them enough questions.
Don’t think so. Google recruiters just want you to put in effort and use them as a resource so you don’t fail their interview process. Is this the sourcer or the recruiter? Google hires a sourcer who screens your resume and interest and puts you in contact with a recruiter.

I’m confused what the recruiter offered to provide you as prep. Normally they’ll just explain the 4 areas which you’ll be evaluated on in the interview process. If you ask, they’ll also provide you with what each interviewer will specifically be focused on evaluating so you know what to emphasize to each person. That’s it from my experience.
