Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Speaking as someone who has both been laid off and had to fire, HR typically requests managers only put these things on the calendar same-day or within 24 hours to avoid you getting suspicious and doing something malicious. (Gross rhyme, sorry fishies.) There may be changes, but it seems unlikely they're related to your staying with the company.

After reading this thread, I am so happy to live and work in a country with a degree of legally enforced job security.
Then it is a super sick move on the Director's part.
You can't count on anything. Update your LinkedIn resume and start reaching out. Don't worry. This is an opportunity to learn new things in a new place. Maybe even a new city. You could look back on this as the coolest break you got. Get your book ready and get copies of anything you need. Then, if you do get canned, go out and celebrate with friends that evening. Flaming sambucas etc. Don't worry. Every good ad person gets fired a few times.
I would NEVER put that type of meeting on the calendar 4 days early - cruel and dick move if that's what it is. I lean toward it being a positive outcome for you unless your director is a sociopath.
You should bring a bottle of Heinz ketchup to your meeting, and when you walk in, triumphantly drop it on his/her desk, and say, "Here's the ketchup you wanted." Lotsa laffs. Even if they were going to fire you, they'd probably reconsider just to keep that level of comedy nearby.
Everyone I know that has been let go from here has had a day-of meeting invitation. I think you're safe.
