31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? So apparently accenture is making people who are on the bench enroll into a mandatory customer service role even if you’re 100% utilized. Friend took 3 weeks of PTO and has been on the bench for a few days and he is being forced. Worst part? It’s Tues-Saturday.
