You got an offer and you’re wondering if anyone has any idea of what base comp is ?
Comment is in reference to NACR, not PEPI.

That actually seems like nearly at the higher end for base, given what I have heard about A&M
The $140k is right for an Associate. Senior Associate should be closer to $180k, with Director around $200k.
Man I’m an associate at A&M but have significantly lower base. My total comp is based on billings though so it all worked out at year end.
Around 515/550

SA1, so let me get this straight - an Associate TC at A&M is the same as a pre-Partner at McKinsey?
Before equity but yea a&m you keep x percent of your collections on top of your base so not uncommon for all in comp to be near 200-300k
My base was 145k starting as an associate. As others have said you can more than double that on a really good year.
