Got an offer from Accenture for entry level HR. Also interviewing with Goldman Sachs, and they recently emailed me regarding an opening I might be great fit for in SLC for a Finance Controllers position. Long term goals include Business School and pivoting to tech/mgt consulting. I know I can do the career switch within Accenture, but I’m afraid it might take too long (3-4 yrs) to make that happen. I don’t know if wanna do HR forever. I’m currently in school for BS-Mgt. Need advice please.

My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system.
