Currently working in strategy consulting with in-hand salary of 1.3 lakhs per month post taxes. I have been told the salary I would be getting at Bahrain would be in range of 1400-1500 BD per month (tax free country). Need you suggestions sharks.

I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package

Should I refinance after this to get rid of PMI? Current rate for 30 yr is 2.625%. Aka is it safe to assume my appraisal can come back above 435k to equate to 20% equity?
