Women make up around a third of the project management population — a figure that hasn’t changed a great deal over the last few years — and they also continue to be largely absent from leadership roles in major projects.

Grand Seiko
This new GS would be my pick in the $5k range
Aquaterra on rubber strap
These are really nice.
Sporty and sub $5k? How about an IWC Mark XX? Good deals to be had there. Would also vote for an Aqua Terra. That’s in range-ish.
Nice! Tudor and Longines are what immediately come to mind if you’re thinking new. If you’re open to preowned, Omega and Breitling are also options. Are you thinking dive, chrono, or simple all-rounder?
Squale GMT? Less than $2k Swiss
36mm Explorer. If open to grey/used.
I’ll sell you my barely used Tudor black bay black automatic 41mm 2024 w/ jubilee

Current front runners in my mind are the new Tudor Black Bay Pro GMT and a Snowflake GS
I’m a huge GS fan and have owned several. Of those two, I would personally go with the BB pro. Anecdotally, a lot of people end up not quite bonding with the snowflake
Tudor black bay or speedmaster.
How about field category? Tudor Ranger, Hamilton Murph, I think Longines may have a heritage on bracelet but don't remember.
Tudor black bay pro, or go the microbrand route.
