I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer?
