Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?
What are my chances of negotiating into a VP level role with at-least 155k?

Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Group dinners/activities, pay the tab and have everyone pay you back!
^actually pretty easy to do with tab or venmo. My friends do it a lot rather than try to split checks at the restaurant

Setup an Airbnb for your own apartment. Create a secondary account under another name (Reserve CC as payment option) and use it to book your apartment. Have the money go to your PayPal linked to your real account, then transfer that money to your bank account to pay off the CC amount. At most you lose like $150 it taxes, Airbnb fees, etc.
I got PRK eye surgery. It's Lasik for people who can't get Lasik. That's how I scored my CSP $4k points. If you are in the DC area, I highly recommend the Eye Doctors of Washington. Anyone on their team will do a great job!

I got one, Walmart has 90 day return policy. Buy 2 TVs, 3 PS4, 3 Xbox and whatever you want man. Use your credit card. On the 90th day return it. Technically you still did spend $4000 in 3 months but you also didn't. It'll be interesting
