Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Exactly this. And don't think about near term comp, the trajectory from a Bain role is higher and steeper than where you are right now
Sounds like maybe a bad ROI?
What are your longer term goals?
With those in mind, will joining Bain advance those goals more easily than your current job? Will the extent of that advancement be worth 2 years of bad wlb? If the answers here are both yes, then apply. If they're both no, then don't apply. If you can't answer these, do more research and then reevaluate.

Is the “prestige of the firm”, going to pay your bills or put food on the table? I know you’re just entering the consulting world, but you’ll find that everyone’s dollars spend the same.
Look for those roles that will provide you with the best combination of compensation, career advancement, and WLB, that’s right for you. Rarely are these found at a single firm. And with marketable skills, there’s no reason to sell yourself short, just to get the “prestige name” on your resume.
Bain pays pretty good
If you’re interested, it’s worth applying (doesn’t hurt). However, given that it’s a year out - I wouldn’t start thinking too hard or stressing about the decision until you have an offer in hand.
