Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

They will not care. I have no idea how you would even approach this — “Other firms who do less prestigious work than you gave me offers so maybe you should?” The logic doesn’t work out here.
LOL very fair. I think I’m just curious to see if I can even do anything to help get interviews with the tier2/mbb before choosing an offer
Are you suggesting leveraging your offers with firms you didn’t get an interview with? That won’t work, but what you can do is leverage your current offers against one another to create the best possible starting position at one of those companies. From there, you can build your resume up and try to network for mbb if you’re still interested down the line. Good luck, and congrats on the offers!
Thanks D1!
That’s the plan if can I get any tier2/mbb leads in the coming week or two.
Take the best offer you have and reapply in a year?
