I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.

I heard BCG slightly wins, somewhat dependent on group.
Would you mind sharing your rationale for leaving?

Left an AP like firm for BCG. Best career decision I have ever made. Excited for you!
Two totally different experiences - big fish / small pond or small fish / big pond.
I had a very comfortable life as a consultant before BCG. Great comp, reasonable WLB and total freedom to set my own rules due to a strong internal reputation / pyramids that relied on me heavily for delivery.
BCG is just a step change improvement in the entire consulting experience - internal network, knowledge resources, client access, breadth of work, opportunities beyond consulting, brand recognition, etc. While nothing is handed to you anywhere, if you have a clear idea of how you want to use the BCG platform (specific relationships, deepen industry experience, etc.) and work against that ruthlessly for a few years anything feels achievable.
For me it was worth the trade. It really just depends on you.

No WLB in either, BCG slightly better in client relationships and market depth, McK in topic depth and get the best global team in each proj. Minimal differences easily neglectable when considering local team variance

It is consulting there is no work life balance. Go with the firm you enjoyed the people the best, they work on the types of projects in the industry you want to work.
I was at AP for 5 years, and just recruited to BCG from b school. I can’t yet speak to the day to day, but from recruiting and my summer experience BCG seems like a closer culture fit.

I appreciate that AP5, I did join out of undergrad and while I loved my time at AP and stay closely connected to my network there, it was time for some new experiences. I’m a bit disappointed by the response here, as I’m a vocal advocate of our firm and culture for MBA recruitment.
