Got put on a PIP recently and I'm already working on job applications. I have a few months before I'm out, so I'm wondering how one would make the most out of this situation? I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
