Graduated, started working at small firm. 4 months in knew it wasn’t for me, relocated to new city and took new job (EY). Enjoying it, but feeling uncertain on next 2-3 yr outlook until this big breakup. If I start looking soon (say Spring 2023/Summer 2023) is that too soon? Do I look like a job jumper?

I’m a 40-year-old agent and it feels like it’s now or never for following my passion. Does a newbie to film at my age have any chance of breaking into the industry?

Currently stuck in risk but interested in Cyber. Have done one related engagement from a regulatory perspective. But a lot of posts here making me think it’s harder to break into than I expected (non-technical background). If you had a six sigma green belt / supply chain degree/exp., would you still go through the effort of going into Cyber or take easy risk money being offered / easier transition back to supply chain? 2-3 YOE and trying to decide career course, any advice highly appreciated

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
