Unlimited PTO, 401k is 3% with no cap. Be wary though benefits keep getting cut, so no guarantee how long things will last. Phone stipend was cut to $65/month last year, no home office reimbursements, nickel and dimed for travel expenses.
Matching is 5%
Hey thanks for the post on Guidehouse OP - I'm looking at their life science focused roles (I believe this part of the business flows from Navigant), just curious what your interest is?
Adding on - curious what the parental leave policy is for GH
Also p sure GH has “discretionary” (aka unlimited) PTO but it’s relatively new
I think the results of those studies are because of the way we’re conditioned in America to put work above everything. I would love unlimited PTO because I wouldn’t have to be tallying every time I need a day or a few off (something I currently find stressful and afraid of “running out”), and I love to travel so I know I would use it
Unlimited PTO = TAKE PTO and your UTILIZATION depletes = Low bonus bad performance.
Rising Star
I have this issue at Deloitte where I have 4.5 weeks of PTO.
Doesn't seem to make a difference if it's unlimited or not.
