Hi! I have recently accepted the offer from PwC India on workday portal - about 10 days ago - it shows no tasks to complete and 'step completed' against review and sign offer letter under completed tasks. The DoJ is July 4th week. I was told that HR would communicate with onbaording emails, BGV emails etc. When do those emails come in generally?

Have you tried looking at other firms? Hopping is a good way to get a pay boost if you like what you do. I jumped firms as an A2 and make 80k base.
Great point, I have to start looking
Going back to school will not increase your salary. If you want to stay in accounting you already have the credentials you need. Even if you jump ship they aren’t going to give you 120-k on a promotion year. If they do they will eventually level you out.
if you're a top performer, give those reviews to a recruiter and jump ship for a nice raise.
Thank you so much... I will try LinkedIn for recruitee
Jumping to a different firm will give you a temporary bump but it's going to level back out to the market. If you give yourself a few years, you'll get there a while lot faster than going back to school.
I have an MBA, don’t think I want a PHD but also cannot think of getting in debt to potentially make more. I just became debt free except my mortgage
Switch to industry, become a controller
I am up for promotion. I feel like I should be doing way more. I am in assurance. I am even willing to go back school
Ride it out another year or two, get your mba at a top 25 program (ie Emory)
I already have an MBA. It doesn’t really serve me in my line of duties.
have you tried asking for a higher salary?
I did. They said they will look into it and until now nothing
