Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Capgemini:
1. Variable component is usually less than HCL, so you know what you're getting every month.
2. They have some good CoEs, especially in legacy tech and Java, if you're in one such project, expect lots of learnings.
3. Weak bench policies. Will fire you ad hoc, usually 30-40 days, if they can't find any project for you.
4. Very less onsite opportunities.
HCL:
1. Bad variable pay policies, if you're joining above or in 2.1 band, you have two variables, rarely paid at more than 60-70%. Worst of all, even if manager forgets to put in a quarterly rating for you, your variable will reduce.
2. Non-core tech projects are better. Broader client range. Has a product division too (very old, legacy IBM products like Lotus Notes).
3. Cabs and campus facilities are comparatively better than Capgemini.
4. Better bench policies than Capgemini.
Common:
1. Don't expect good yearly hikes anywhere.
2. Very high chances of getting a bad/incompetent manager.
3. If you've already given a client round during your interview, don't worry about bench for now.
Is it true if I am on bench for 2 months. They will ask us to resign?
