I’m so sorry to hear this OP. It’s been a common theme recently. One possible way I can help is we are always looking for good talent in the NZ firm and visas tend to be much easier to secure. EY 4 - we do have inszoom but did not know they upload petition there. They have removed the denial entry from there (for whatever reason) but even with the prior ones the petition docs are not there
D 6 - 😊 a safe bet but like consulting too much .. least for now ...

Update for all - spoke to someone from GGS who was pretty transparent and said that it took them 2 weeks to even revert back since mine was only 1 of 2 denials they were contemplating contesting. Since it was denied as "unclear employee employer relationship" and had nothing to do with job duties, speciality, education, etc. which have otherwise generally been the reasons for denials over the recent past. He mentioned that was the reason why as part of the RFE submission they asked for my offer letter and employment verification.
They are just going to refile since contesting / mtr takes months and I will have a decision on refile faster.
They just asked for latest paystubs. No additional/ alternate docs - I tried influencing better job description, client letters, etc. through internal immigration team and they said ggs knows best and that they have already worked with my account ppmd to get docs. Even with job description- I noticed with the previous app they chose their own vs. Using one I sent.
Stating all this for others - dont waste time / effort over getting external counsel to better docs. It does not matter.
Have found the internal contact that can help with options in case of future denial, but still waiting on a response.
The only thing on the previously submitted app which might have caused doubts on employee-employer relationship is me having a Deloitte office on my lca listed for client travel which they called an "additional Deloitte reporting office" and might have caused confusion on why I have Deloitte reporting offices in 2 cities. Since they state that I am in Deloitte reporting offices on fridays and client offices mon-thu. They are removing the 2nd Deloitte office this time after I pointed it out.
Fyi for anyone else in the same boat, in case you want to proactively avoid.

Last time I was asked for my offer letter and paystubs only. And was told after that the Rfe wasnt skills related and something weird around whether or not I was a FTE...
3rd extension with Deloitte and have a i140. This one came as a surprise. Currently a 3rd year manager and never worked anywhere outside the US - went to grad school 2008-2010 and consulting since.
Is it RFE or a rejection?
OP.... if your i140 expires on Nov 20 why dint the law firm file your extension earlier ? From what I have heard it can be done 6 months prior to the expiration date.

Deloitte 3 - Yes. Will explore that option. Have had couple of colleagues who made that leap and was planning to check with them.
Dont know reason for rfe since ggc wont reveal. Hopefully there's a bit more transparency now that I got the actual rejection...I might be able to better assist with app docs as well, having gone through 4 successful h1b visa apps to date...

Please make as many PPMDs as you can aware that GGC sucks big time. Provide specifics (your or your team members’ immigration issues and GGC’s handling of those).
While i understand that there are thing that are not in firm’s or lawyers’ control, but i would expect our lawyers to be on top of their game in this tough times. Unfortunately GGC is not.
