H1B stamping in Ottawa was a breeze today .First Stamping with EY.Hardly any questions and quick approval

Has anyone had success claiming for unemployment benefits while on H1B? For data point, I’m in NY and I received a request for documents showing work authorization and sent back EAD, SSN, copy of H1B stamp and I797. Case is still processing.

Holding H1 stamped visa but haven't travelled yet and expired. Am I eligible for Cap-Exempt from India ?

How long it takes for cap-exempt to be processed these days in normal processing ?

Ranting on H1B transfer process: LCA submitted for approval on January 6th. Still haven’t heard anything. My start date is 2/22/2021 but I really can’t wait to submit my notice...oh the waiting game...

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords. I feel bullied and very anxious. I am afraid she can jeopardize my visa with a bad evaluation. I have been working at midnight, on Sunday mornings but I am human, I make mistakes, she just blames me instead of teaching.
