Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

I doubt the partner will give case interviews, probably grp specific knowledge is my guess
Could range greatly but my EY partner interview was more about how his practice was structured, my knowledge base, and how I’d fit in. Pretty easy actually, and I got an offer
Partner is looking for cultural fit - are you who they think you are. Just relax and be yourself. If you are at this stage, you’re in unless you do something horrendous in the interview
A1and D1 are right. Cultural fit is a big thing for us. We want to work with a team that works well together. I wouldn’t stress on it and I would be genuine. If you aren’t a cultural fit (some aren’t) then you don’t want the job anyway
