chubb paternal leave policy?
Hi All,
Looking to make the move from working in industry to big4 and was curious as to what level and pay I might be worth?
I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

Sounds about right
Have to look at how experienced the manager is. Comp is about right. I never give value to options unless the stock goes up like crazy year over year consistently.
Coach
Very accurate. Directors tend to make $160-200+ for accounting and slightly more for tax. Public accounting all pays around the same for similar work, and industry pays better for their skill set.
Could be, but very likely a position that is more stress and hours than public.
Mentor
There are no rules about what industry can pay. People/companies negotiate whatever they can. Good for them.
Do tax directors are nonprofits, hospitals and universities also make similar amounts?
SM1, the thing is I started my career here and I don’t have experience in anything but nfp tax. Aside from what I’m learning studying far and school, I don’t have real “accounting” experience aside from tax.
