Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Correct but if have a big team and coverage you shouldn’t be working literally every day. You need days off and vacation time or else you go mad!
I'm salary and sometimes I have to grin it and bear it over the weekend! If something goes wrong at the warehouse, then I have to go down there or hop on some calls. Not often but it happens

I work 1 weekend a month, and I'm salary. Part of our job is to ensure everything is ready to run on Mondays.
Never. Never will.
I’m salary and we are 24/7/363.5. I work saturdays and it’s fine. I can do the same shit during the week
Haven’t work a Sat in 26 years, but I did plenty in the early days..salary
I always end up doing a little work on Saturdays. Most times it's just an hour or so in the early afternoon.

Me too! I usually am logged in for a few hours on Saturday.
I try not to ever work on weekends. That's a strong boundary that I have.

Good! Some people work doesn’t allow that but luckily I work pretty much every other Saturday.
I'm on salary and work a 3 on 4 off schedule. I work Sat-Mon and I'm off the rest of the week, so weekends don't really exist to me.....
Salary for me. I'd say I find myself working on weekends about once a month typically on a Saturday morning or afternoon if emergencies come up.
