Has any agency NOT had layoffs?

Just got laid off! Any lead Recruiter or Recruiting management opportunities looking for a recruiter with 10+ yrs of agency and in house tech recruiting?

Anyone else feel like as you move up, you have to work even harder to justify your value to your company as you grow “out of the weeds”? Especially with the fear of layoffs looming over everyone’s heads.

I know agencies across the board did some layoffs right before the holidays, but when do we think hiring will pick up again? Getting to a point where I feel like I need to start thinking about a change.

Has anyone taken part of the education reimbursement program? I’ve been here for 4 years and I’m thinking of obtaining my Master’s in Organizational Leadership, but I feel like with this merger, if I started the program and then there are layoffs or too many new hires, or work just becomes overwhelming, I wouldn’t be able to complete my program. My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.

Who has more earning potential: Creatives or Producers? Talking about two aspects: mid-career salary and lifetime earning potential? I feel like producers peak earlier but creatives have higher max?
