Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

I want to be careful about giving away too much competitive info on a public forum....but a wide range would be 20 - 35% increase on Level 11.
I've done it. You have to ask for an assessment, work through your CC. Though be advised, the difference in COLA has to be significant (probably not an issue w/ SF and NYC) and your level will likely come in to play.
Can you do it prior to the move or can you only get it once you've already moved. Just to give more information - I'm moving from Chicago. I'd assume this wouldn't be an issue?
You can make the request prior to the move. I actually moved from SF to Chicago, and once I got there it turned out I was the second highest paid Manager, so yes, definitely should not be an issue.
Do they provide the adjusted number prior to the move as well? Were you the second highest paid before or after the adjustment?
I didn't receive an adjustment as I was already being paid well above the Chicago average. However, one of my mentees moved from Detroit to SF and received a sizable adjustment. It ultimately comes down to your individual DTE. You should definitely get confirmation of the adjustment number from your DTE leadership before you move, it could make the process longer, but well worth it in the long run.
Thanks for the info. To clarify then, I should first make the request to move to the target city and then discuss with my CC to push the COLA adjustment? Also do you know the % increase from Detroit to SF?
Yes, put in your request to move, and once it's approved work with your CC to do a request for a COLA adjustment. What level are you at? DTE? Current comp level? I can give a rough estimate of the average salary in SF. (Disclaimer, this would be purely an estimate, not something you should bank on).
Tech Consulting -- Oracle DTE. May be switching to Digital Analytics prior to move. Level 10. 85K.
Client and Market for reference.
That's actually in the ballpark for a level 10 in SF TC, you may get a bit extra for Oracle DTE, but you likely won't see anything astronomical until you hit level 9.
how long do you have to be at ACN before you can start initiating a move?
There's no hard and fast rule, though it's usually easier if you are staffed to a project in the geographical area you want to move to.
Does ACN provide a moving allowance on self initiated moves?
Also what is the average salary for level 9 SF TC?
So more like 15% from level 10?
Sorry, mistyped, 20 - 35% from level 10*
Ok thanks. Do I need to talk to anyone in HR prior to submitting the request through myRequests?
Talk to your TFS. I did a transfer from DC to LA and it was such a hassle at first but, luckily, I found a local project before I moved so it helped. And no they don't provide moving allowance for self initiation. I didn't get a COLA either because they said I was already within the salary range for my Zone.
I just moved from Boston to NYC - they don't adjust salary at all & it took me about 2 months total for the transfer to go through
