There’s lots of these types of companies out there. What terms are they offering?

Whats the return like

2.12x equity, 20-30 annual roi

Accredited only makes sense. Still think it’s risky, especially in the current climate.

You’re likely last in the capital stack, which means if anything goes wrong, you’ll be last to get your money.

I’m in a bunch of private real estate funds. Some are ground up builds, some are remodels.

What type of ROI are you seeing from funds doing ground ups and remodels?

Hi fishes,
Anyone from Fujitsu please comment or dm i need some help

Hello fishes, recently I have received the job offers from Akamai & Nasdaq with kind of equivalent pay. I've an experience of 2.7 yrs in Java Backend. In Nasdaq, I feel the project is slightly on better side and also domain driven in comparison of Akamai. The only thing that is troubling me is 90 days notice policy in Nasdaq. Just want to check if it's a bad thing or would it still be worthy against the project & domain.

I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). It sounds like that's a tall order in the NY/CT area given the prices, not to mention whether I'd be able to get a mortgage on anything below $100K, but I figure I'll give it a shot anyway. Any advice on what you might do in my position? Am I being crazy with this idea?
