JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

I got hired in the first week of December. It's normal because it's good time for you and them to go through the induction before the busy month kicks in January onwards.
I've been hired twice with start dates in mid-December. These were for corporate jobs before I joined the consulting world.

Just started a new job yesterday. My last job I started interviewing in December and was hired in January. You can do it!
A few times. Usually to back fill people taking vacations. Yearly, or bi yearly contacts, tend to show up in March or September, when new quarter schedules and budgets are filled. December managers want to spend the remainder of their budget so they aren't shorted next year.
I’ve had 3 interviews in the past week and am expecting an offer next week. This is for an internal facing role
