Has anyone done a case interview over zoom? If so what what was it like? How did it differ from a regular in person case interview ?

I’m shooting for the moon and applying to jobs I am mentally ready for and can qualify for but my resume is very short sweet and to the point because I’ve worked at the same place for 6 year and climbed the ladder & wanting something new. How do I explain that to my future employer?

I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups.
