This sounds torturous

like

It’s literally putting me off. I don’t have time to prepare for it so I think it’s a case of seeing how it goes and hope for the best

This sounds awesome. Can’t fake your way through that.

funny

True. Although it’s a bit much in my opinion

I work at PwC and I have never heard of this. It has to be for one of our niche teams.

like

Ah. Yeah. Those teams are heavily focused on communication and soft skills (read: empathy) with clients. Think your story through and be prepared for a lot of q&a.

Honestly I had to do the same thing at Barclays when I worked there in middle market. They just wanna see you out in effort. They’re looking more for soft skills, so just do your best. No prep needed (unless they gave you something)

helpful

Thank you

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for.
