Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

Maybe ask some concrete questions (not just vibes)
- how do they work?
- do they like to brainstorm together or separate?
- do they strictly stay in their lane or do they like both writing and art (i.e. are they territorial, like if you’re an AD can you write or is that a no no)
- do they like to brainstorm in the morning or night (it’s good to be on the same page when people feel like they are most creative)
- what kind of creative do they like (are they a comedy person, an activation person, TV, social, etc)
- how did they like working with their last partner (good and bad)
Just a suggestion.

I would make up a different reason if I were you, but that’s completely valid reason
Yup! Twice
My advice: take the job, make them like you and then 8 months later ask to change partners cause the chemistry is off.
That way you either realize you actually don’t mind the partner and can gel together or you end up with the agency you love and a partner you like (but 8 months later).
It was only one meeting though. Was it bad bad? Some people may be a bit awkward in interview settings. Plus, it’s good to work with different folks and if you like the agency they must value and see something in that person.
Not saying take it, just my take on it.
Aww. That’s a great story, thanks for sharing. Sounds like even though you weren’t compatible creatively, you built some sort of bond. It’s nice you were able to stay connected even if it wasn’t intentional from the beginning.
I wish I’d have done that. Would’ve kept me sane a bit longer in this industry and maybe laid off with a juicy severance.
