Has anyone ever requested a Letter of Intent for a permanent role? Here’s my sitch: currently freelance, we’re aligned to move forward on a perm offer but the start date has moved 3x now. 1st was 4/14, then 5/5 and then post board meeting yesterday I was told 7/1. I love the team and company but don’t want to be spinning my wheels and I’ve gotta protect myself. I’m going to be seriously upset and will definitely move on if we get to June and they move it again. Thoughts? Bad move?
