Has anyone faced a situation where in the managerial round the interviewer asks you to explore some xyz company because they do something similar as per your resume. I faced a similar situation in Finelabs managerial round where the interviewer asked me to explore a company called GeoIT. He says as per your resume that should intrest you and rejected my candidature.

Today i had my first round in JOCATA (hyd base product base company) it went very nice and interviewer were impressed with me... And I am selected for final round too. What figure I should tell them if HR ask me about my expectation ctc

And I have 7lpa offer in hand
And 1.5 YOE
