I would like to share my honest experience of the CDA.
To join the CDA or not, many have this question and its natural that people are very skeptical for many reasons.
Initially people think 40k is too much, one thinks about the outcome of the course straightaway. But it all depends on how one perceives the course. Through the CDA course one can learn strategies to upskill, prepare CV, cover letter, do effective networking and more for visa-sponsored job search abroad, which in itself is a near impossible task.
Having said that, everyone's skill, experience and market situations are very different, one has to understand that.
Moreover, companies that offer visa sponsorship are very less. I myself had gone through a lot. I slogged for many years, applied 300+ jobs day and night and in the end got just 2 interview calls and 1 job and that too happened after I joined CDA. Its a learning process that I invested in and I got responses. But that was possible only because I was extremely determined and had focus.
Additionally, how niche one’s skills is, how much it is in demand in the country that they want to move to, and are there any ''visa sponsorship jobs'' at all, all these factors nobody talks about.
I was very sure about the job market in my skill. I worked in Germany before, still I was not getting interview calls. I needed professional help that is where CDA helped me crack that code. Even after joining CDA, the time to get successful calls depends totally on how much effort one puts in and how many jobs are available in the country they are searching. There is no shortcut way to get a job abroad. Its all hard work that will count in the end. CDA will not promise you a job but it will guarantee a change in approach that will help to master the job search.
How to approach HRs, recruiters in linkedin, how to customize CV according to each job description, how to write Cover letters, emails to HRs, how to follow up, how to prepare, hundreds of things- All these I learned in the CDA academy and used it every single day until I found the job. If one thinks he/she knows all of these then its good, no need for any more help. what most people lack patience, commitment and dedication to put in 1-2 hrs everyday for dedicated learning, networking and focused visa-sponsorship job search. So according to my experience and where I stand today, especially with my personal journey, I would say it will definitely be worth the effort if one goes with a positive mindset.
I get nothing out of this but I am grateful for the support provided by CDA during my tough job search period, hence I thought of posting my experience. Thats it!!
I had recently joined his academy and I can share my experience with you.
This course will cost around 30-40k
It has no benefit at all..
He just gives some boring lectures with all the desperate people looking for jobs .
It’s extremely waste of money .. rather spend that money to learn a good tech you won’t regret it..
What's AHS please? It's hard to abbreviate these short forms as I'm trying to learn from the reviews
Hi OP, how is your job search? any success?
