Hello Fishes, I carry 5.9 yrs of exp in International inside sales & LeadGen (Domestic- 2 yrs & Europe- 3.9 yrs) working for Tata Elxsi from past 2.8 years. As I'm not getting the expected hike based on my performance, I want to change the co. Current package - 8LPA, too low compared to market standards.
* Let me know- how much should I quote if I start to give interviews * Is it a good time to switch co. Also share which companies should I approach. Thanks in advance.
Could you please help me by sharing your review (if u have worked or working) for the below companies. Salary is almost same (Senior Test Automation Position) but I am not aware of company culture or wlb. Any help would be much appreciated. 1-> Genpact 2-> Standard chartered gbs 3->Siemens 4->GlobalLogic Thanks in Advance #genpact #standardcharterd #siemens #globalligic

My market communicated that it would be May 24/25, but there was a PwC News article a week or so ago that said May 23/24.. so I haven't heard anything from my RP yet but already got a system email about independence checkpoint and then within that system my grade is listed as "pre-promote to manager" not sure the checkpoint email was meant to go out already or if checkpoint emails are sent out in waves such that if you didn't get one it doesn't necessarily mean you're not getting promoted... we'll all know soon enough though
It was meant to go out today for my practice. Just checked all people up for manager in my practice and pretty much what I expected. 4 outta the 6. Thank you PwC 7
Yes, my friend heard today
Independence Checkpoint email means you were promoted. It'd be sent to your lotus notes.
So is it safe to assume that if an email wasn't received by this point (5:30 eastern) that a promotion is a nope?
@kpmg July 1st
PwC7 spot on, you're my fucking hero
PwC 2 - I don't think everyone has access it tells me invalid access and I don't even get to login
Screw PwC lack of transparency all year on bonuses and now manager promotion communications (big deal) are all over the place. My friend is getting promoted but her coach had no idea seniors were to find out about manager promotion on May 23 or 24, leadership does not communicate well
Same
No do we think all coaches know this is the cadence this go around? I just feel like some people won't find out and then will freak out
When are promos effective at Pwc?
Pwc5 - I don't think so. I know someone who got a call but no email yet. I was the opposite but I could see emails going til tomorrow.
@pwc5 not necessarily because it could still be sent tomorrow. There are two emails that get sent: 1) independence checkpoint 2) another explaining how to fill it out. That's how it was a few years ago anyways
I haven't heard from relationship partner but I got an email from the Independence Checkpoint system granting me access...
Doesn't everyone have access to checkpoint now? Need it for mandatory bsp.
Anyone in CIPS get the email?
Pwc2 - no.
Also interestingly enough you can grant internal access to your checkpoint account to anyone at PwC, so you can type in someone's GUID and click Verify and it pulls up their name and staff grade.. checked it against the rest of the third year seniors in my office and most have their grade as "Pre-promote to manager" but some still say "staff" so maybe that's an early way to tell who is getting promoted?
(You don't actually have to grant them access to look them up)
