Has anyone here transitioned from solo to working at a firm again? My family has to relocate to Florida and I'd rather go back to working for someone, but I'm nervous about making that change...

I feel stuck as a Strategy Manager and want to make a career pivot at 35. But have no idea what i should do? Any suggestions, resources or books that I should read to help with my existential mid thirties crisis? I have experience in technology consulting, corporate strategy, freelance consulting and law. Do I go back to being an Attorney, or do I retrain and become a financial advisor or something else?

Are there any in-house jobs that focus on strategic thinking, advisory, research, writing/communicating with business teams? Or do they all mostly focus on drafting/reviewing contracts? I’m in big law and yearning for a lifestyle improvement but am concerned with getting bored in-house

Is AWS certification is useful for Automation Tester (Java , Rest API Testing) ?
Should i do certification ? Will it help while switching job in testing?

Practicing lawyer for 12 years in education law. Worked in Hollywood and have a degree in film/television. Also, have directed/produced independent films. So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Honestly speaking I am doing good and I am up for promotion in October however I am not fully enjoying my time but I fear that the move would not be a good and I can’t hit the ground running which scares me.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
