NPSP is harder to master than Sales Cloud if you ask me, I think you'll have some great experience

I’ve been there and now consult for nonprofits. It’s a different beast. There’s lots to learn depending on the specific type of nonprofit and how they operate.
However, you’ll likely end up getting exposure to almost all the major clouds. NPSP has ties into Sales, Marketing, Service and sometimes Health/Case Management.

Yes it's worth it , agree to whatever said above. Just remember if you want to leave the domain then just leave in 2 years so that , you are not stuck with it which applies to any domain. But if you want to become an expert in this sector , this is a good option and you have a chance to feel motivated with the kind of work as well since it would be tech for good
