My contract is ending 12/31/22 and can’t be extended legally according to our CFO. My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. It’s something I actively work on, but I still have no concrete sense of how long I should spend on basic tasks (e.g., drafting a motion to dismiss).
