Has anyone interviewed recently for the Scotiabank Corp strategy role? My last interview (2 back to back case interviews) with them was on Monday last week and I haven't heard back from the recruitment team since then. Anyone else in similar situation?

I haven't told interviewing firm that i have an offer and joining new org....to get the interview.(told current salary as per my offer from another org) & NP as one month

How do make sure i receive a better offer on time so I can join this org.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).
