Do you have any additional degrees or certifications?

Employers usually don't require a college degree and they pay employees at an hourly rate. It's often used as an entry level position, so doesn't usually require much in the way of additional education or experience
MA certification is the way to go. You also have med receptionists, Physical Therapy Aide that don’t require any formal education. There are options; you just have to look.
I would recommend applying for administrative positions as a starting point. If you have any knowledge or experience using Microsoft Office programs, that would be a skill that is useful for admin jobs. You could also try starting in a mail room or applying for any entry level positions that aren’t asking for specializations or specific clinical degrees. There are also 3rd party medical transport companies that are always looking for drivers if you have a clean license. Best of luck with your endeavors!
