Has anyone made the move from a creative agency to an in-house creative studio at a platform? Doing creative strategy for a TikTok or Snap or Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab. What do folks think about this kind role? Is there more longevity in it? Or is it limiting in that you become an ecosystem / activation / branded content specialist? It’s ultimately ad sales / partnership strategy with a heavy media lean… but maybe a good way to get your foot in the door at a big tech co?

I’ve been in tech sales for 20+ years. Have an opportunity to take a position at a tech company in Sales Enablement. Anyone have some insight into this type of role? Is it interesting, challenging, collaborative?
Thinking about coaching others in sales could be fun for me at this stage.
Would love some input as this is a new field unfamiliar with.

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

What kind of exit ops are you seeing in accounting advisory? I’m in CMAAS and not sure what my options are other than traditional accounting roles. Also, salary expectations with 3 years of experience in HCOL? Thinking it might be really tough to beat current public accounting salaries.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales.
