What is the best way to encourage kids still in school to pursue accounting? I'm talking like Sophomores/Juniors/Seniors in high school and maybe first-year of college kids. Family vacations are a must. The house is so much quieter when my wife takes the kids out of the country.

This is not about dating, but about family relationships. I live far from my family and provably only see them once a year. They have been visiting for the past month and to go from not seeing them to seeing them so often has been an adjustment. I love them, but get so impatient with them and then I feel so guilty.
