Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Two jobs I’ve worked in got traction because I blogged about relevant topics to the job.
Personal branding on LinkedIn is hard. Everybody is trying to build their personal Brand. It ends up being just a lot of self-congratulation. My best advice is to engage with others and not just post.
I can't bring myself to do so.
Yep. Mostly recruiters are gonna be reaching out. I wouldn’t say “Job Offers”. As the comment states above: it’s hard. It’s work. Treat it like a social brand account. You know that just posting isn’t enough. You must engage in the community that your profession is planted in.

I’m not saying cold drop into people’s DMs and tell them what they are doing wrong and fix it. Answer a few posts here and there publicly or congratulate someone on what they’ve accomplished and point out a few key things about this accomplishment.
In other words be aware of the shadow that you cast. Make sure it’s not blocking you from moving forward in your career, or it annoyingly blocks the view of others, but it still must cast enough for others to notice.
I'm not on there enough to get a good presence. I find I spend too much time scrolling through Instagram and Facebook feeds. Then when I get on Tiktok I dive straight down the bottomless rabbit hole.
