Pwc1 your post-MBA senior associates start at 135-140
Your managers aren’t equivalent to our managers. It’s our 4th Level
DC has some good corporate headquarter roles available. It is a pretty high cost of living city, so just make sure to factor that in if your not coming from NY/San Fran
P1, I'm M3 at close to 190k so it's not that different
@d1. Pwc has 4 levels if you count exp associate. A manager is a manager is a manager across the big 4.
Don't believe any of the lies that your bosses sell you
There is no experienced associate level at pwc. It’s associate (2-3 yrs) senior (2-3 yrs) manager (2-4 yrs) director. # years might be a better comparison
PwC managers are at 4-6 yrs exp when they become managers so you’re correct!
Best of luck
Damn. Our managers start at 120k
No
I moved from DC to NYC and it didn't affect my comp. You should be ok - the cities are equiv in HRs books.
Tough. Similar situation. Took a cut in pay but overall comp comparable with stock discounts, potential for RUs etc. Not in DC though.
D3 which city?
SC1: oh? What are the levels at PWC? Your own website has M as the third level.
Edit: I see what you’re saying. Hmm didn’t know that
You may be able to find that here depending on your background.
At d1...using your logic. Accenture managers are the equivalent of deloitte partners.
Those guys have what appears to be 843 stops on the way to manager in their C&DO group.
I still stand behind my previous comment. All mgrs in big 4 and acn are the same
At D, it’s 2-3 years as an A, 2-3 as a C, and 2-5 (usually 3) as a SC before M. If PWC managers are at 7-9 years of exp, then I stand corrected. I don’t know
Not realistic if you want to have a life. Good luck to you
Deloitte folks do you guys have S1,S2 or S3 before manager
