Has anyone successfully been able to get a salary increase at their current firm because they had an offer from a competitor? Any tips? I’m in a very hot area of cyber if that helps.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive.
