Has anyone taken and passed the HCCA Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) exam? I currently work in a position where I am mainly exposed to HIPAA. I am aware the exam covers broader topics that I am not familiar with through my current role. I have met all of the requirements to sit for the CHC exam but was looking for any advice/insight on how long I should plan to study and any helpful study materials or tips. Thank you in advance!

Out of curiosity, what are the basic requirements to sit for CHC exam?

Gotcha. I have more than enough relevant work experience (Director of Compliance). So, I just need to get some CEUs and sit for the test? Cool! Thanks!

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Hi all,
Been doing privacy for about a year now in-house. Got my CIPP/US.
Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming. Maybe it’s just a lack of guidance/uniformity in the US. I’m not sure if I feel this way because it is simply the nature of the work or because I’m just not capable.
